Terms & Conditions - Introductory Gift Card for New Customers
†The introductory Visa® e-Gift Card offer is a promotional incentive available to new Nexamp customers only and is not purchased or paid for by the customer. A “new customer” is defined as an individual who has not previously enrolled in or received service from Nexamp under a community solar subscription. Limit one (1) gift card per customer., utility account, and household.
To qualify for the gift card, all of the following eligibility requirements must be met:
- Customer signs a Nexamp Community Solar Agreement
- Customer’s utility account is approved by the applicable utility for participation
- Customer is successfully enrolled in a Nexamp community solar project that becomes operational (“goes live”)
Participation in the community solar program is subject to utility approval. Customers whose utility accounts are not approved will not be eligible for this offer.
Once all eligibility requirements are met, the Visa e-Gift Card will be sent to the email address on file within approximately 30 days. Delivery is contingent on the customer providing and maintaining a valid email address. Nexamp is not responsible for undeliverable or misdirected communications due to inaccurate or outdated contact information.
Utility approval timelines and solar project activation vary based on several factors, including the utility provider’s review and approval timeline, billing type, and the development status of the solar project associated with your enrollment. Enrollment and activation may take several months and, in some cases, may exceed six (6) months. Nexamp will provide updates on your enrollment status throughout the process.
Promotional gift cards expire 90 days after issuance.
If a customer cancels their participation in the community solar program before all eligibility requirements are met, the gift card offer will be forfeited.
This offer is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit. Nexamp also reserves the right to withhold, deny, or revoke this offer in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. Offer subject to change or termination at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
